Terms of Service

Welcome to Namma Box. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

About Our Products
Namma Box offers Indian-made sweets and snacks shipped across the US. Please review product descriptions, ingredients before purchasing.

Orders & Payments
Please provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment details when placing your order. Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.

Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability may change. The applicable product prices and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Namma Box covers customs duties and import charges; customers do not need to pay these separately.

If a pricing or product information error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates and shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances.

Please check your delivery address carefully. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

Returns & Refunds
As our products are food items, we do not accept returns. Refunds for food items that arrive spoiled are reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy.

We request that you record your unboxing to help us understand and review any concerns.

Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person’s information.

Website Content
Our branding, photographs, designs, and written content belong to Namma Box or their respective owners. Reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant owner.

Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your Consumer Rights
These terms do not exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase.
